Just wondering how you know the hearing loss is temporary?

Anyway, if your ears are blocked or itching, the could be fungal growth causing some blocking, moisture or such. If this is the case a few drops of apple vinegar cider should clear this up. Do it three times per day until it clears up. It kills the fungi and has no side effects (you can drink it without a problem!) Do not put anything mechanical into your ears (ear buds are only for the outer parts of your ear – maybe the first cm or so never deeper!) Also your skin inside the ear can easily be damaged if you over-clean it using an ear bud so be careful.

there are seriously a million things that could cause “temporary” hearing loss. You need to be more specific as to what is causing your “temporary” hearing loss to get a better answer. See an MD.
