I wish I knew more about the particular models you are considering, but I don't. However, in general WIDEX is usually the best aid in my opinion. They are a great manufacturer and always put out great products. I have had some issues with siemens aids in the past. And I actually have hearing loss and have worn siemens aids and had problems with my own aids as well.
