myesparta asked: I’ve been using a cell phone for four years now and I would say that over 99% of the time I keep the phone to my right ear. I just find it uncomfortable holding the phone with my left hand and it sounds different in my left ear for some reason.
Disregarding cell phone radiation, is this a bad thing that I don’t switch back and forth? Am I more at risk for hearing loss in my phone ear because I’ve never switched? Anyone else had experience with this problem?

Camper88 asked:
the samsung x495 that is supposedly hearing aid compatible has a lot of static. I would prefer a cell phone that would allow me to use my tele coil.

tinkeya asked:
We don’t yet have cell phones, but plan to get a family plan (self and husband) shortly. Husband is a bit hard of hearing, though doesn’t use a hearing aid, and has had trouble when borrowing other people’s cell phones due to very poor voice quality and volume. We want a very basic type of phone–no need for camera, internet, etc., and something that’s easy to handle (not too tiny). Plan/company recommendations would be helpful too.

spike_is_my_evil_vampire asked: I have a BTE Phonak Zoom hearing aid, manufactured about 1999. And I need a cell phone but it needs to be hearing aid compatible.
Also, we are REALLY looking to get a RAZR phone in particular. Does anyone know if RAZR phones work well with hearing aids and if so, what model?
