The Little Mermaid asked: I have a son whose was diagnosed with mild hearing loss in both ears. And while I’m grateful that it was only MILD hearing loss, I can’t help worrying about him still.
I have heard people with hearing loss and they tend to speak… a little unusual. I want to know if that is the way he will speak once he gets hearing aids and speech therapy.

Her teacher was surprised she had hearing loss. I keep worrying about her hearing loss possibly getting wose. How likely would it be for it to get worse to the point where she could become fully deaf? Is this a possibility?

He was a suprise pregnancy so i did not update my shots it is not in the family either, i cant remeber being in contact with anyone who had the virus and did not at anytime feel unwell
Thanks that helps he was not picked up on until18mths and i didnt think of this until someone asked today .
