		<description>Consider that it may actually not be related specifically to a "clinical" hearing loss caused by loud noise that destroyed some of your hearing, but possibly that the earphones sort of sealed your ear canal and thus the possible buildup of fluid or pressure. That being said, I am not a physician or audiologist and if it continues you should probably see your ENT or audiologist.
