Could the ringing in my ears and hearing loss be permanent?

I went to a gig last night it was VERY loud. Since I came out 24 hours ago my ears have been ringing and I can’t hear properly. I’m having trouble hearing lower sounds. It was for about 2 hours. Could it be permanent?
