Does anyone happen to know if there will be an absolute cure for hearing loss?

Ar this time, and in the foreseeable future, there is no absolute cure for hearing loss. With the advancement of stem cell research though, it will probably be possible to cure hearing loss in your life time.
Have you gone to an ear/nose/throat specialist yet? They can determine if the TYPE of hearing loss you have is curable right now.

there is a tympanic implant you could get, but, it is made out of metal so if you ever need an MRI the magnetics of that machine could rip it out of your head or it will have to be removed before then. call an otolaryngologist and ask them about it.
