You will need an Audiologist to take your Ear Impression to make the Shell or Earmould as well as programming up the aids. Many Audiologists wont touch hearing aids bought via the internet ( We certainly wont ! ) When buying on-line there is a good chance that you will get a Fake name brand hearing aid instead of the REAL thing. Cant you get an Aid via the NHS or is that only for retired people in the UK? When you do buy a Hearing Aid stick to the NAME brands like Siemens , Bernafon , Phonak & Rexton ( Made by Siemens ) as you will get better quality than from the cheaper brands / no name brands.
