Well maybe first you might want to get a hearing test and then you will have a baseline and know where your hearing actually is and if there is a hearing loss.
Overuse and/or exposure to loud noises, whatever the source is can cause temporary and permanent hearing loss at any age.
You can have the sensation that your ear feels plug, especially if the other ear is normal.
You could also can have Eustachian Tube Dysfunction , that is where the ears do not change pressure as the are suppose too and when the equalize your here the pop.
Do the pop when you yawn?
So reduce the music volume level at all times and maybe give your ears some peace and quiet.
the hearing test will show if there has been some hearing loss and they can also check to see if you have E.TD.
So see your first. http://www.secretfinance.com/offshore/offshore-services.htm mrhearing

I am suffering from hearing loss but I have otosclerosis. Was the DR you saw an ENT doctor? Have you had a hearing test? I ask because you can be suffering from a number of things but the only way to find out if your ear is damaged is testing from ENT. However, I found this interesting article that talks about loud music and the effects of it .
Also, people that have tinnitus (sounds in ears) suffer from fullness in ears as well. But the bottom line is that you should get you ears tested if it gets worse and if you listen to loud music regularly for long lengths of time, you should try listening at lower volume and shorter periods. I hope this helps. http://www.resumeminers.com/universities/public-administration-degree.htm slimlock

the damage doesn't have to be instant. the fullness/popping could be the begining of damage.

In the end though, the ear has no other function but hearing. you couldn't damage one thing inside without effecting the hearing. It might take a few years for the damage to become obvious. http://www.currencyexchangemarket.com/world-currency-exchange.htm Rob K
