Hearing loss: How can I measure the volume so I won’t get unable to hear?
j053montNgro asked:
I have a factory defect, I hear less with an ear than with the other. I love music, love to listen to it, love to play it, but do you know how can I know the volume I’m listening will damage the ear later? or can you tell me some earphones or headphones that can reduce this problem, thanks

There isn’t any. Any headphones at any level will damage your ears.
This is because the sound is concentrated and there is no natural background noise.
Look at the reports on how much damage people are doing to their ears using iPods etc.
That’s the reason Health and Safety require ear muffs if the surrounding sound at work is above a certain level of decibels sewrobb
