		<description>I'd try a steamy hot shower and a good dose of some type sinus medication. My kid went to the doctor yesterday with very similar symptoms and that's what they diagnosed for her. The pollen count is so high (here anyway) that people not normally bothered are having major problems with it. Good luck.
