		<description>Well you shouldn't worry, listening through earphones IS as dangerous as listening to headphones, because of the stress on your ears.  Just keep the volume at a good minimum so that you can hear it, and some of your surrondings.</description>

		<description>well when i listen to my ipod i leave the sound very low, u dont need it to be loud, and plus when you lower the volume on a device it saves the battery. 

and dont get those heaadphones that grip into the inside of your ear, those are bad for your eardeums, even though, i will admit, i love them and i have like 100 different pairs, lol.</description>

		<description>Instead of earphones, use headphones.  The speakers aren't as close to your eardrum that way.
