How to improve hearing without hearing aid?

The most important thing is not to make it worse. Once the damage is done, it will gradually deteriorate, and we tend to aggravate that these days, listening to VERY loud music from iPods, etc. If your using headphones or earplugs, for starters, turn the volume down.

talk to an audiologist and ENT to rule out a medical cause. they will prescribe treatment.

Yes I do know of one, however you will need to sign a release form first, I initially wrote all the information down however for my own protection I must ask you to sign, and I can’t take care of this until 9:00pm tomorrow I am a herbalist. Therefore you can email me late tomorrow if interested the recipe is free however for the paper work may be a very small fee, my fax is broken, therefore I will have to pay to use a fax, so to cover this, that’s all pennies, and because the recipe is very expensive to buy, you will need to buy these products else where, or if you want me to order them, I can but very expensive! even for you!

Yes there is help with hearing, check out the herb Eclipta. I am taking it for another reason other than my hearing and I am feeling better while on it, it is good for many things. Read the site below:
