no. Hearing aids are a PDQ no waivers authorized.

you un augmented hearing can only be so bad before you are DQd as well. http://www.fresh-coffee.com/coffee/decaffeinated-coffee.htm Mrsjvb

You migt still qualify. It depends on what they’re looking for. “Normal range” of hearing is a threshold of 0dB to 25dB. So, depending on what you mean by a minor hearing loss you may still fit in the “normal” range.

Good luck and thank you in advance for your service. http://www.greattoolsusa.com/servicing-tools-and-parts-4361 Tabologist

It’s good that you have hearing aids and know of the problem. In your case as in many cases of people who have problems will get tested. If you pass the hearing exams then you have no problem and you will be accepted, if not then they will not take you. Mind you though they do it not only to protect the soldiers but to help you too; communication is vital and if you can’t communicate well, then it is dangerous to the whole team. http://www.greattoolsusa.com/wood-furniture-4391 Dunshaw
