is there a headphone that is similar to a hearing aid?

not that I know of. I work in the entertainment industry and I have never seen anything like it.

no. wireless headphones, most likely using bluetooth, needs a battery to operate, and that battery takes up space.
the smallest bluetooth headphones you can get are fairly visible, and cost up to $150.
sorry, put earbuds with the cord are your best option.
