Is there a way to improve hearing with conductive hearing loss?

Is there a surgery or something? I have A prosthetic malleus and incus bones in my left ear and as a result I have a little bit of hearing. I had this done in august. Should I wait for hearing to improve or is there a way that I can improve it with another surgery or something?
