		<description>you can put a hearing aid on I am sure if you really feel you need it.  However when there is such a big difference between the ears a lot of times the ear with the hearing loss doesn't sound clear even with the hearing aid.  The hearing loss is so severe everything is distorted.  the hearing aid sends in a clear sound and the ear garbles it all up and the sound actually impairs you speech understanding.  If having a hearing aid would help you to hear environmental stuff for your job it may be helpful to have some amplification on that ear.  But a lot of times speech understanding is actually worse with a hearing aid on an ear with that much hearing loss.</description>
