Lisp or hearing loss affecting my talking?

hi im 14 yrs old and whenever i talk my friends tell me it sounds as if i have food in my mouth whenever i talk (it started happening in 7th grade). i also have hearing loss so i wonder if its my hearin loss thats affecting my talkin or is it lisp. whenever i try my “s” it turns out as “sh” any suggestion on how to fix it? its gettin really annoying!!!

i think that maybe if u keep practicing saying the sounds that dont sound right then eventually it should go away!thats all i could think of because im pretty sure that they dont have surgeries for that… mistas_9
