ANTHONY R asked: I woke up this morning with pain on the left side of my face, near the left ear. A few minutes later, I started to experience minor hearing loss and pain inside of my ear. It feels like the kind of pressure sometimes caused when traveling on an elevator. Moving my head around seems to help a little, but the overall problem still persists. Please, help!!!

I have occasional numbness and tingling on the right side of my face. My ears sometimes have a really highpitched ring, clicking, and even a pulsating sound. Sometimes I have a super sharp pain in my ear, up and around the temple. In the last year I have noticed that my hearing on the right side is diminished. My right eye and lip often spasm.

program, I can hear without my hearing aids where before, my husband and daughter had to get right in my face so I could hear a little and read their lips. Has anyone ever heard of this? I feel blessed for this to happen to me, it creeps me out a little bit and at the same time, I would like to get the word out about another plus of exercising.
