Lord Darkclaw asked: I have ears like a safe-cracker; I’m 35 years old but in my last test at work my hearing tests as being equivalent to that of a young teenager.
The problem is that I sometimes have difficulty recognizing words - especially in songs. I might listen to a track 20 times but unless I read the lyrics first about half of the words are a garble.

Anonymous asked: I have a hearing problem in my right ear. I can hear a little bit through it but can hear perfectly fine in my left ear . Is it possible to get a waiver for my ear problem? Aren’t there some jobs which require perfect hearing? Hearing aids do not help me so that’s not an option. When I took hearing tests in school i’ve failed them. would I :still be able to join a branch?
