Why would my Audiologist be reluctant to talk about my hearing loss?

I’m Profoundly Deaf and also suffer from Ménière’s disease and Tinnitus,
I’m very worried as my Audiologist recently told me my hearing loss is progressive.

Do I have a right to ask him for more information on this?
