hearing loss?

I mean, its a lot more defined when i listen in for it or when i’m staring blankely, or even just thinking.

But I hear it all of the time. One of my friends brought it up.
“Oh, I just heared that weird noise.”
“white noise?”
“yeah, just didn’t think you’d knwo what it was.”

I hear it all of the time. Not sometimes.

Could this mean I will lose my hearing. Is there some other meaning for why this happens to me?

Already saw a doctor, and he dismissed it as air locked or something in my chest that he says is normal. Thing is it comes and goes regularly. I get a sharp pain in the right side of my chest (somewhat like a stabbing sensation) followed by the sound of white noise in my right. Anyone have any ideas?
