Sometimes if you stop listening that way your heairng will come back. Try that first. If after a few months you still can't hear well learn to lipread (make sure people are facing you when they talk), spend more time writing (like emails and IM's) for communication....and call your doctor and ask for a referral to a hearing testing center.
